What You'll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef.
• Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop line cooks while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management.
• Support seasonal menu execution and continuous culinary innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven kitchen.
• Passion for refined cuisine and exceptional presentation.
• Experience with food cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations.
• Commitment to excellence, organization, and developing others.
