Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge where appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment details for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate care strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in individual supervision and collaborative discussions with other healthcare providers to enrich patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve vary widely in age, background, and mental health concerns. You will work with individuals and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status with unrestricted and independent practice.

• Proficiency in using technology, including software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage records and schedule appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring financial stability with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional compensation may include performance-related bonuses.
