Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to inform the development of personalized treatment plans and strategies.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Set and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele ranges from children to adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills capable of managing multiple client cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the complexity of the client caseload. Additional benefits include:
