Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you can provide the significant support they need without the intense pressure often associated with high-acuity cases. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independently issued license from the state board, which includes one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate empathetic and effective communication with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to manage virtual sessions and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
