The therapists at Empower Psychotherapy Services operate in a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling flexibility and convenience for both staff and clients. We leverage industry-leading technology to connect seamlessly, allowing for a dynamic therapy experience even from afar. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for flexibility in scheduling based on client needs. Our remote platform supports your practice while ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to understand patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client’s situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records within our digital platform, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards for patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to exchange insights and elevate the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Educate and support clients and their families, offering valuable information regarding mental health conditions and connecting them with community resources.

• Remain current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic strategies to continually enhance professional practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
