Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ a range of mental health therapy techniques and interventions to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and family units diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, developing initial discharge plans in accordance with clinical best practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in each client's treatment plan, delivering services that are both impactful and compassionate.

• Create and regularly revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring coordination of any additional services required to meet client goals.

• Accurately document all therapy services provided in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Maintain an active caseload that aligns with organizational benchmarks while participating in collaborative treatment team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Address client feedback and concerns promptly, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction above all else.

• Contribute to a collegial and constructive environment by performing other assigned functions that support the overall efficacy of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily assists adolescents, adults, and family units who are seeking guidance and support in overcoming various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse client base, enabling you to apply your skills across age groups and a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active state or national licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding and experience working with adults, children, and adolescents—preference given to candidates with a broad range of clinical exposure.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy. An understanding of telehealth methodologies and prior teletherapy experience could be beneficial. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
