Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients’ concerns and formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based approaches, ensuring that each client's treatment is tailored and relevant.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to design and execute comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families, fostering understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process, which is fundamental to recovery.

Qualifications\n
