Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating opportunities for community building and shared learning.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improving communication skills through one-on-one sessions and group therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatric and psychological staff to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients, including providing updates on patient progress and participating in case consultations.

• Act swiftly in crisis situations to provide emergency intervention when necessary, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Elicit patient feedback and continuously adapt therapeutic approaches to enhance client engagement and effectiveness in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

For this full-time position, the salary range is between USD $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
