Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver emotional support and mental health counseling to clients, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Coordinate care by connecting families and patients with vital resources, guiding them through the education, behavioral health, and medical systems.

• Implement office screening and treatment protocols in collaboration with the clinical committee, focusing on conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities.

• Conduct regular assessments and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, adhering to best practices in documentation and confidentiality standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinical supervision to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves children and adolescents who are grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and adjustment issues. You will play a pivotal role in providing both individual and family counseling, working towards fostering healthy development and coping strategies for young clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related mental health field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and inclusive practices, ensuring that all client interactions are respectful and sensitive to diversity.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain ethical professional boundaries with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Experience in providing treatment for co-occurring disorders, individual therapy, group therapy, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a supportive compensation package, employees benefit from a flexible work schedule that promotes work-life balance.
