Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address the mental health needs of a diverse clientele.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout therapeutic treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to develop comprehensive intervention plans.

• Maintain communication with client's attending physicians and psychiatrists for those admitted to the hospital to ensure integrated care.

• Implement preventative strategies to identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery and wellness.

• Support family members and primary caregivers in managing mental health challenges, offering education, resources, and guidance.

Qualifications\n
