What You'll Do

• Performing reconciliations to support financial statement accuracy
• Receiving, applying, and documenting payments on accounts
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with gathering information for the annual external audit
• Supporting other accounting-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Hours per week: 12 - 16 Flexible work hours Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
