Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will operate onsite in a home care setting, allowing you to engage directly with patients in familiar surroundings that can foster enhanced therapy outcomes. The hours for this position are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering individualized care that effectively addresses the unique goals and needs of each patient.
• Managing a balanced patient caseload to provide focused attention during each therapy session.
• Conducting thorough assessments to establish patient needs and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of cost-effective and evidence-based treatment modalities to enhance patient mobility.
• Encouraging patients to choose non-invasive treatment options and focusing on their long-term health.
• Monitoring patient progress and adapt interventions as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Creating tailored fitness and wellness programs that promote injury prevention and overall well-being.
• Maintaining precise and thorough documentation utilizing EMR software, particularly Web PT.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients and ensure continuity in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients at Full Motion Physical Therapy typically range from post-operative recovery clients to individuals suffering from chronic pain or sports injuries. You will work closely with each patient to understand their personal rehabilitation goals and design strategies that encourage engagement and motivation. Our emphasis on orthopedic care allows you to help clients restore movement and regain independence, directly impacting their daily lives positively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, free from sanctions or disciplinary action.
• A masterful command of various manual therapy techniques applicable to orthopedic care.
• Competence in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Web PT, to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy supported by current research.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's Degree is required, candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings will be given preference. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships within a clinical team are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
