Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Fountain Hills Physiotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or other orthopedic conditions in a home care setting.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed to achieve therapeutic goals and enhance patient experience.
• Documenting and tracking patient outcomes through our electronic medical record system to ensure quality of care.
• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members regarding treatment protocols and the use of assistive devices.
• Staying updated on best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and participation in professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population for this role includes children and adults with a variety of orthopedic complications, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications
