Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries to develop and implement targeted treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, stretching, and the use of advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve patient-centered goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective self-management strategies, assistive devices, and home exercise programs to support continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, staying updated on industry literature, and participating in professional associations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from children to adults, encompassing a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgical procedures, chronic pain conditions, and post-accident rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, but candidates with a bachelor's may also apply.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
• Strong ability to adapt to varying patient needs with a flexible treatment approach.
