Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to formulate individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs, medical history, and physical status.
• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises, aimed at reducing pain and improving functional movement.
• Utilize innovative technology and equipment to support rehabilitation goals, ensuring that each patient accesses the best possible care.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in response to their recovery and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, self-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices in order to foster independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in relevant training, and contributing to the clinic's knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population ranges from children to older adults, encompassing a variety of orthopedic conditions, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain issues. As a part of our team, you will engage with patients of different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and facilitating their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure safety in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

While the required experience is two years, we welcome applications from candidates with additional experience in specialty areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, or post-operative therapy. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also advantageous, as we rely on technology to streamline patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits
