Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs based on physician referrals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that align with patients' goals and follow best practices in orthopedic care.
• Utilize specialized therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise regimens to enhance the recovery process.
• Document progress in compliance with regulatory standards, while adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Provide patient education on techniques for self-management, pain relief, and mobility enhancement to empower patients in their healing journey.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service and positive communication, cultivating strong relationships with patients and encouraging their active participation in therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless care transitions.
• Meet utilization goals and business objectives while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, pediatric challenges, and neurologic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Two years of hands-on clinical experience in a relevant setting is essential to ensure proficiency in patient assessment and treatment.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association to ensure a safe practice environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and care teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health record systems as well as word processing software for documentation purposes.
• An ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to their health and wellbeing.
• Desire to engage and connect with the community, fostering a supportive environment for all clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practice techniques specific to orthopedic physical therapy.
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in pediatric, neurologic, or sports medicine specialties would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
