A profitable, founder-led US supplement brand is hiring its first Head of Growth to own DTC.

The company sits in the top three of the Health category on TikTok Shop, does high eight figures across TikTok Shop and Amazon, manufactures in its own FDA-registered supply chain and runs its own warehouse. It is bootstrapped. No investors, no board, no approval chain.

All of that was built without a dollar of paid acquisition. The Shopify site already takes around 7,000 orders a month purely from spillover demand, and nobody has ever owned it. No acquisition stack, no attribution, no lifecycle engine, no offer architecture, and no clear view of what a customer is worth.

Here is the part that makes this different from every other build role. A significant share of people who discover the brand on TikTok deliberately go and buy on the website instead, at a meaningfully higher price, because they trust the brand more than the marketplace. Willingness to pay a premium direct is already proven. Nobody has ever built an offer or a funnel around it.

You would own the DTC P&L outright: paid across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok Ads, offer and pricing strategy, retention and subscription, CRO, attribution, and the lean team you build underneath you. Budget is available. And the two things that usually eat a new growth lead's first six months are already handled: there is an in-house content team producing viral short-form daily, and more than 40,000 verified reviews at 4.9 stars doing the credibility work for you. You inherit the creative library and the proof, and you get to find out what they are worth in paid.

You will fit if you have personally taken a consumer DTC P&L past seven figures a month and owned that number yourself rather than briefing an agency who did. You think in offers and margin, not just in media. You build your own infrastructure, from account and pixel architecture through to landing page deployment. You have real AI workflows in your stack rather than an opinion about AI. And you are comfortable somewhere lean, where the founders will fund you and expect you to bring expertise they do not have.

Consumables, beverage, beauty and wellness backgrounds all transfer. Supplements experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

On terms: $200,000 to $275,000 base plus a bonus paid on the contribution margin you actually generate, not a vanity ROAS target. You choose whether to take it on 1099 or as W2, and on W2 that means medical, dental and vision with premiums paid by the employer, plus a 401(k) matched up to 4% of base, equity.
