Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25 to 30 clients per week, ensuring that all documentation—including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes—adheres to company policies and state regulations.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing creativity in crafting interventions that help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
