About the Role  

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Receptionist to manage day-to-day mail, front-office, and administrative operations for our Malibu office reporting to our Office Manager. This is an onsite, full-time position ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable juggling a variety of hands-on tasks that keep the office running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages 
• Prepare, coordinate, and send outbound mail and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) 
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner 
• Provide basic reception and front-office coverage, including greeting visitors 
• Perform scanning, filing, copying, and printing 
• Maintain and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages 
• Complete light data entry tasks 
• Assist with occasional errands, facilities needs, and vendor coordination 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Prior experience in a front-office, mailroom, or administrative support role preferred 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Friendly, professional demeanor and reliable in-person attendance 
• Ability to lift and move packages/supplies as needed 
• Comfortable using basic office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers) and standard software (MS Office) 

Schedule 

Full-time, onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:30 w/ a 1 hour lunch at our Malibu office.
