Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and protocols.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on specific needs, goals, and preferences that outline clear therapeutic paths toward recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to fit individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, fostering understanding of treatment methodologies and reinforcing effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, maintaining documentation of challenges and milestones, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on responsive clinical insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT tailored for mood disorders, along with a strong foundation in psychopharmacology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a broad range of clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
