Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history and current mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and concurrent mental health issues, ensuring that all intervention strategies are evidence-based.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of the clients.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer recovery specialists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

While not mandatory, previous work within a substance abuse treatment setting or experience with a multidisciplinary treatment team will be viewed favorably. Best Care Counseling, LLC is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a signing bonus of $3,000 for new hires.
