Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including using standardized testing and interviews to gather comprehensive information.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches and are tailored to address the specific challenges and goals of each client.

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing and recovery.

  Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure clients receive integrated care, attending meetings and engaging in case discussions to share insights and strategies.

  Provide education and ongoing support to clients' families, helping them understand the treatment process and encouraging their involvement in their loved ones' recovery.

  Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines that govern the mental health profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Your role is critical in understanding the unique cultural context of each client, which enhances the efficacy of treatment.

Qualifications\n

  A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this position.

  Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a thorough understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic practices.

  At least 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, successfully managing a caseload and demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
