Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and productive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and manage future appointments or discharge planning.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer systems including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n
