Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy focusing on modalities best suited to each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, ensuring consistent monitoring of their progress throughout the therapy process.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver services to clients who prefer remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with transportation issues or health concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
