Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills. Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure all aspects of their health are addressed. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in consultation with clients, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Stay engaged with current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest quality of care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. Your approach will be centered on fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, allowing clients to navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required. Professional liability insurance to practice as a licensed therapist. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in psychotherapy practices. Prior experience in a supervisory role, guiding students or interns in their clinical development, is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
