Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and current mental health concerns, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the outset.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, adapting your approach based on client needs.

• Lead group therapy sessions to provide a supportive community for clients facing similar challenges, helping to foster peer connections and shared experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients largely consist of individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. We cater to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and sensitive care. Your ability to build rapport quickly and effectively will be essential in establishing trust and facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in your respective state or jurisdiction as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
