Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, followed by the formulation of individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and techniques to facilitate healing and growth in clients navigating emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team comprised of psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Actively participate in supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and contribute to the clinic’s commitment to clinical excellence.

• Regularly assess and adapt treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, employing a solution-focused approach to help clients set and achieve meaningful goals.

• Engage with community resources to support client referrals and establish strong support systems outside the clinical setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, highlighting our commitment to inclusivity and access to mental health resources for all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and valid state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with clients in individual or group settings.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage clients and build trust quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management, enhancing efficiency in treatment tracking.

• Experience with telehealth services is highly valued given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
