Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations, which will inform your individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Track and document treatments and patient progress thoughtfully, facilitating effective communication with the broader healthcare team and ensuring a cohesive care approach.
• Reassess and adjust treatment goals in response to patient progress, establishing evolving strategies to assist them in achieving their maximum potential.
• Provide training and education to patients, their families, and caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge and skills required for effective home care.
• Stay current with the latest best practices in physical therapy through continuing education, workshops, and peer networking opportunities.

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors facing a variety of health challenges. Qualifications
