Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique goals and challenges.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure dedicated attention and time for each individual, enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously using EMR software, such as Web PT, ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless communication within the health team.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, sharing insights to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and those with chronic pain issues. We address a diverse range of conditions, creating treatment plans tailored for youth athletes to older adults. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, underpinning successful treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
