Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is housed in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies designed to enhance patient recovery. As a full-time employee, you will primarily work onsite from Monday through Friday, with a scheduled shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Strongpoint Rehabilitation, LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, ensuring accurate treatment planning based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing individualized treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs and conditions, using various therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans based on regular assessments and patient feedback.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities, including detailed evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries that adhere to state practice laws.
• Participating in discharge planning and the subsequent follow-up care process to maintain patient progress post-therapy, actively engaging in team discussions to enhance accessibility to services.
• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards while continuously improving clinical skills through required training and professional development activities.
• Engaging in facility meetings and initiatives aimed at removing barriers to access and implementing quality improvement measures based on CSI measurement data.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT) is mandatory.

• A valid CPR certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
