Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by healthcare professionals, interpreting diagnostic tests and integrating insights into tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and manage treatment programs that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and educational sessions for patients and their caregivers.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs and goals.
• Engage in continuous education and evidence-based practice to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Utilize technology to document interactions and interventions accurately, contributing to a seamless electronic health record process.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, participating in staff meetings and case reviews to enhance multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes a wide range of individuals requiring rehabilitation for various specialties, including orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety in emergency scenarios.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, familiarity with advanced therapy techniques and specializations in pain management or rehabilitation for athletes will be advantageous. Experience working within a reputable outpatient facility will also be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits
