Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, establishing baselines and setting personalized treatment goals in accordance with physician referrals.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of each patient's treatment progress, ensuring all records reflect the care provided and support charging for services.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel, guiding them in the delivery of patient care.

• Participate in professional development activities and continue to update knowledge and skills in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
