Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique physical therapy goals.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, providing one-on-one therapy sessions that allow for focused attention on each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement cost-effective treatment interventions that optimize mobility and restore function.
• Develop and execute tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' specific health goals.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques with a strong emphasis on best practices to alleviate pain and encourage movement.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on real-time feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all services provided accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, ensuring meticulous patient records.
• Educate and motivate patients about healthy lifestyle choices, emphasizing the importance of strength, flexibility, and coordination in rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population seeking outpatient rehabilitation services. You'll work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. We emphasize a holistic approach, utilizing non-invasive techniques that promote healing and improve functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical knowledge and practice.
• Current and active Physical Therapist licensure in Virginia.
• No history of sanctions or board proceedings, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.
• Proven competency in manual therapy techniques and a strong background in orthopedic care.
• Adeptness with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is essential for accurate documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years working in an outpatient setting is preferred, with a proven track record in developing successful exercise programs that promote recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

Joint Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
