Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques and use of assistive devices aimed at enabling independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to share insights on patient progress and refine treatment methodologies.
