Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments, to inform evidence-based treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and collaborate with patients and their families to set achievable treatment goals, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency, adapting to each patient's unique presentation while remaining responsive to changes in their condition.
• Provide continuous monitoring of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and consulting with other healthcare professionals when indicated.
• Document all patient interactions, including evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in developing departmental goals and contribute to professional training initiatives, serving as a mentor to future therapists.
• Engage with community marketing activities to promote our services and facilitate patient access to care.
• Maintain efficient scheduling practices and uphold a commitment to timely communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, each requiring personalized treatment strategies, including post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will play a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our patients, who may include elderly individuals, athletes recovering from injuries, and those with various physical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
• Current, valid licensure for Physical Therapy in the State of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a home care setting or outpatient physical therapy.
• Previous involvement in community health programs or patient education initiatives.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
