Key Responsibilities

Your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations, including reviewing patient history and performing detailed physical assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Communicating evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Implementing treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, patient presentation, and adapting to changes in patient conditions as necessary.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are considered in their treatment.
• Documenting patient care activities in a timely and accurate manner as per the evolving healthcare requirements, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and treatment plans that clearly outline goals and achievements.
• Managing your schedule and productivity, attending team meetings punctually, and participating in marketing activities to promote our services.
• Engaging in continuous learning and professional development while potentially serving as a mentor for students in clinical internships.
• Participating actively in initiatives aimed at improving patient access and quality of care.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
