Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Carle Physical Therapy, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engaging with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment processes and progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborating actively with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including physiotherapist assistants and interns, to foster their professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
