Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and treatment plans for each patient, focusing on their unique goals and rehab needs.
• Manage a reasonable caseload to ensure dedicated time for each patient, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic care techniques, supported by ongoing professional development and expertise.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that prioritize restoring functional movement safely and effectively.
• Encourage patients to explore non-surgical approaches to alleviate pain and enhance mobility, emphasizing wellness methodologies.
• Develop and refine care plans that integrate diverse therapeutic modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and education.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, tracking their progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize multidisciplinary patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, using patient feedback and measurable outcomes to refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals rehabilitating from orthopedic surgeries, and others managing chronic pain or mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• A clean license with no history of sanctions or board actions.
• Expertise in various manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of therapeutic exercise programming.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with experience in WebPT preferred.
• Solid grasp of current research and trends in physical therapy treatments and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, preferably with experience in sports rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Skill in creating personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's recovery goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
