Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health concerns, identifying challenges and strengths to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and consistently evaluate progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to the treatment strategy.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions for clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer remote counseling.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
