Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative, East U.S Reports to: VP, Sales & Marketing Comp Salary $75,000 (Available bonus will be $25,000 for a total annual opportunity of $100,000) About LSL Healthcare: LSL Healthcare is committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve access to care, efficiency, and outcomes. Summary: The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a high-impact individual contributor who drives revenue growth through proactive outbound engagement, inbound lead conversion, and strategic account development. This role supports field sales and national accounts by managing a defined territory or account set and accelerating opportunities through the sales funnel. This is an ideal role for a motivated inside sales professional who understands healthcare sales cycles, can operate autonomously, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and grow a defined book of business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities while supporting longer-cycle deals in partnership with field sales and national account teams. Engage decision-makers across healthcare providers, non-acute care facilities, and distribution partners. Drive adoption of LSL Healthcare solutions by clearly and effectively articulating their value propositions. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support contract execution, pricing discussions, and renewal opportunities as needed. Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and activity targets. Qualifications: Strong understanding of healthcare buying processes and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong time-management and CRM proficiency. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or healthcare services.
