This role operates remotely while also being connected to our outpatient office in Ellicott City. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a balance between professional dedication and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking effective stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique challenges, stressors, and personal goals, adapting mindfulness practices to suit their individual needs.

• Guide clients in engaging mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and comprehensive stress management.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges to those seeking personal development and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
