Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote outpatient setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative spirit. The work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including introduction and application of MBSR techniques to assist clients in stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to best suit client needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness strategies, stress management, and resilience-building.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, specifically addressing clients' unique mental health concerns and tracking progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the healthcare network to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment that enhances overall client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to adhere to best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
