Quick Facts: Location: Fredericksburg, VA Start Date: 07/17/2026 Shift: On call beeper shifts (7P-7A nights; 7A-7P days, weekends only) Hours/Week: As needed for on-call coverage Employment Type: PRN/Per diem License/Certifications: Valid RN and CRNA licensure in VA or eligible to practice Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please inquire for competitive rate) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia services during on-call shifts, including nights and weekends Respond promptly to on-call notifications within 45 minutes, with on-site availability within 60 minutes if called in Support long weekends on call in Fredericksburg, with lodging provided at approved vendor hotels for weekend coverage Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure safe anesthesia care Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered Be available for two-hour minimum callbacks and flexible for PRN coverage What You Need: Current, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia or eligibility to practice Prior anesthesia experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient care and safety About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare facility in Fredericksburg, VA, offering flexible on-call anesthesia coverage.
