Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Bermuda Center Psychotherapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families regarding treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress by tracking treatment outcomes and making adjustments to plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Client demographics may include individuals from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your role is crucial in providing the supportive interventions these clients need to navigate their challenges and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
