Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand client backgrounds, mental health challenges, and unique needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client goals and therapeutic best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, or other appropriate techniques.

• Engage in regular goal-setting discussions with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, enhancing accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying informed on the latest research, methodologies, and mental health best practices.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when needed, ensuring continued support and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing for meaningful one-on-one interactions focused on improving mental wellness. Your caseload will consist of individuals seeking support for a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. This client-centered focus enables you to build strong therapeutic relationships and make a positive impact on your clients’ lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active license to practice in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.

• A minimum of 2–3 years clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating strong communication and case management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client information and progress notes effectively.
