Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments: Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through initial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and standardized best practices.

• Develop treatment plans: Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Individual and group therapy: Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, providing support and guidance to help clients work through their challenges.

• Collaboration: Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to coordinate treatment and share insights to enhance therapy practices.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments to care plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Continuous improvement: Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve therapeutic modalities and operational efficiencies within the counseling team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or an equivalent field.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in digital literacy , specifically with tools such as the Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
