Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adapt Psychotherapy Services, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Performing comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological and emotional needs to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and family systems therapy to empower clients in reaching their mental health goals.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
