You will be part of a dynamic remote team working from your home office. Our telehealth facility utilizes state-of-the-art platforms to facilitate secure, confidential video sessions. Our integrated telehealth system allows for seamless communication with clients and collaboration with other professionals. Enjoy the flexibility of a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to promote work-life balance while serving the mental health needs of clients across California.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively manage conditions including anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in accordance with confidentiality guidelines and ethical practices, allowing for effective tracking of progress and treatment outcomes.

• Empower clients by providing tools and resources for self-awareness, coping strategies, and personal development as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in clinical counseling, providing therapy in various settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
