Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, developing detailed and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to promote personal growth.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress during therapy sessions.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for those with transportation or mobility challenges and accommodating those who prefer virtual support.

• Maintain precise documentation and case notes to comply with ethical and legal standards, emphasizing the importance of client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay informed of the latest developments in mental health practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While all candidates with the requisite licenses and education are encouraged to apply, we highly value candidates with experience in providing teletherapy and those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus, as it enhances documentation efficiency.
