Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not required, experience in telehealth services and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations and clients experiencing chronic mental health issues would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, and inclusive of a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for the right candidate. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
